 Brae helped my mother-in-law find and negotiate her new home in white rock.  He was absolutely exceptional, patient, and ever present.   We must have inquired about 12-18 condos, and viewed 8-10 of them, over 6 months.  His video analyses of each inquiry was very helpful with our decision making.  When it came to negotiating, he guided us wonderfully.  In the end, we are very happy with the unit that Brae found and helped us secure.  Highly recommend!  And any bonus points with the mother in law is much appreciated!!😁
